New technologies are always expanding the boundaries of what’s possible, and much of what’s new is generated by small, growing businesses. Through my legal practice — focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and debt financings — I get to play a role in making some of these innovative solutions and products viable. I’ve represented technology and software start-ups, emerging companies in the medical device and life sciences industries, manufacturers, and retail and consumer product companies in company sale, reverse merger, and other innovative fundraising and exit deals. (In 2013, I represented Boston Dynamics, a robotics company, in its sale to Google, and in 2014 I represented True Office, a software company, in its sale to the New York Stock Exchange.) I’ve also worked with investors and buyers, and with non-US companies looking to start new businesses here or partner with US companies. With my extensive financing and M&A experience, I’m well positioned to help you move forward and take your innovation to market.
